I have very little patience for people who don’t take care of themselves. The reason is this. I had a catastrophic brain injury. I had, at the age of 30, one of the most devastating things happen to me that can happen to a person. I had to completely start from scratch, at 30 years old. I had to learn to walk again, to talk again. 2 years later I look, feel, and speak pretty damn good, considering. So if you have an injury or disease, take care of yourself. If I can do what I’ve done after what I’ve been through, you can too.

Amy with you on that score. Most people don’t realise how lucky they are and waste a lot of their lives.
I was wasting my life before the stroke. It was a HUGE wake-up call.
