  1. How often do you use the mirror box? Every day? How long are your sessions? My limit is about 20 minutes then I start to lose focus. Have you found tis to be the case or can you use it for a longer time? I remember you said it was helpful. How long were you working with it before you saw results? Sorry about the mini-inquisition here, but I haven’t seen much from it yet so I was wondering what your experience and the experience of others has been.

    • I only got it yesterday so I haven’t even used it yet. I just know it worked really well for me in OT. I’m gonna try to use it everyday. I’ll let you know what I end up doing and how it’s working.

    • I religiously use mine twice a day for 10-minute sessions of opening and closing my hand, for 2-3 months so far. Not a single change in my hand’s ability YET. Peter Levine believes in it though, based on activity seen in new location on MRI. Julia, 10 minutes is all I can stand before I lose my mind.

  2. I’m even lazier, I just bought an 8×10 hand mirror that I prop in my lap. I barely use it because I have too many other things going on in my life. Dedicated rehab has fallen into disuse.

  3. 2 remotes, titles of the books please, we need to psychoanalyze your reading habits. The cat has pretty devilish looking eyes.

  4. Plus two feet in cute two-strap Mary Janes, some kind of screen behind pic-taker, pic-taker, particle board on table.
