There is a mind-blowing amount of research that supports the beneficial effects of meditation on the brain. So neurologists, what’s it gonna take? What’s it going to take for you to start recommending a daily meditation practice to your patients? Apparently, a mountainload of evidence is not enough so what will it take? Please, please tell me.
