Friday is my 3-year stroke anniversary so I’m getting the hell out of town. Out of sight, out of mind. I think though, that this will be the last anniversary/holiday/birthday that I’m gonna leave town. I don’t think I’ll feel the need to leave anymore. But this year I’m leaving! I’ll be going to Boston, well close to Boston, and visiting Barb and also meeting Grace, who lives nearby. I’m excited, this will be a good trip.

Have a great trip. Barb told me you were coming to see you.
er, um, I meant her. Dagnabit pronouns always get confused in my brain.
Vegetables always get confused in my brain.
I want to join you so badly!!
Hopefully some day we can all get together! Come up to Winnipeg in July for our folk festival. Dean comes up for that sometimes so I bet he would come too!
Friday I will be listening to a group presentation in the morning. Afternoon assisting at a big tea/ ethnic event at the nursing home we are job shadowing at. Sunday will be working on my group project with my other 2 team members for presentation Tuesday. Sighhhhh
I think recognizing the anniversary is a great idea. You survived, we rejoice in having you still here to become our friend. I got hospitalized on Mother’s Day weekend so now I make my family treat me like a queen for Mother’s Day plus anniversary
Ha! A double whammy on Mother’s Day, good for you! You know, everyone going to the festival is not a bad idea at all. Dean said it’s a hell of a good time.
Celebration plus anniversary? That sucks.
I’m excited for you! I wish I could join you guys. Have a good trip, friend! Looking forward to seeing pics of your time! 🙂
I wish you could join us too!
Damn , I’m in Italy
Dean, “damn” and “Italy” should not be in the same sentence. Where are your pix? All of us want to live vicariously through each other, and you’re not doing your part.
Next year with everyone in Rome?
Can we include Florence too?

I’m in. Next year in Florence.
Me too, I’m in.
I concur.
Be sure to eat and drink too much, and do something you’ll be embarrassed about later.
That’s a given. They’re all givens.
Beware of unintended selfles that go viral.
Bon Voyage ! Enjoy New England.
It’s absolutely beautiful here.
